We work to keep the website running correctly and the published information accurate and up to date. Even so, we cannot guarantee the total absence of errors, interruptions or viruses, nor the permanent availability of the site. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control.

The Kay and Leo books and materials have an educational and entertainment purpose. They present basic financial-education concepts adapted for children aged 4 to 9 and do not constitute financial, tax or investment advice. Each family's economic decisions are the sole responsibility of the adults who make them.

Luminary Global Media LLC is not liable for damages arising from a use of the website contrary to this Legal notice, nor for those caused by third parties outside our organization, except where the law does not allow this limitation.
