Kay & Leo

Cookie policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. They are used so the site works, remembers your preferences or, on other sites, to measure audiences and show advertising. On this page we also refer to equivalent technologies (local storage, pixels, identifiers), to which the same applies.

2. What cookies we use on www.kayandleo.com

We currently use only strictly necessary cookies. They are the ones needed for the website to work: keeping your session, remembering the language, managing the shop cart and storing your cookie preferences. They do not require consent, because without them the site would not work, and they are not used to identify you or follow you across other websites.

We do not use analytics, personalization or advertising cookies, nor third-party cookies for those purposes. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta or TikTok pixel, nor any similar tool installed on the website.

3. Third-party cookies at specific steps

  • Payment. When you reach checkout, Stripe may set its own cookies necessary to process the transaction securely and prevent fraud. They are governed by its cookie policy.
  • Embedded videos. If we embed videos from external platforms, we do so in enhanced privacy mode (for example, the youtube-nocookie.com domain), so no tracking cookies are set until you press play. When you play a video, the platform may set its own cookies.
  • Links to social networks and shops. Links to Amazon, Instagram or other sites are ordinary links, not embedded buttons: they set no cookies from our website. Any cookies you find when you arrive at those sites are each site's responsibility.

4. If we add analytics or advertising in the future

Before setting any cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will show a consent banner allowing you to accept, reject or configure them by category with equal ease, and we will update this page with the details of each cookie, its purpose, its owner and its duration. Rejecting optional cookies will never prevent you from using the website.

5. How to manage or delete cookies

You can delete cookies already set and block future ones from your browser settings. Bear in mind that if you block strictly necessary cookies, some functions (such as the cart or the language selection) may stop working.

  • Chrome: Settings › Privacy and security › Cookies and other site data
  • Safari (Mac): Preferences › Privacy
  • Safari (iPhone/iPad): Settings › Safari › Block all cookies
  • Firefox: Settings › Privacy & Security › Cookies and Site Data
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings › Cookies and site permissions

You will find up-to-date guides for each browser on the website of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

6. Personal data

Some cookies may contain data that could identify you (for example, a session identifier). Their processing is governed by our Privacy policy.

7. Changes

We will review this policy when the cookies we use or the applicable rules change. The version in force is the one published on this page with its update date.
