The learner. Quick and enthusiastic: he gets it wrong first and falls in love with it right after.
Leo is the youngest otter and the fastest to say “PLEASE!”. Everything makes his eyes shine: a red scooter, a lemonade, a new coin for his jar. He acts before thinking, thinks after acting, and somewhere in between learns more than anyone in the neighborhood.
